It's melodrama time!! Join CATS playhouse as we travel back to the old west and give you the chance to boo for the villian, and cheer for the hero. This year we are performing "My Hero: The Musical" This show is written and directed by local Lubbock playwright, Whitney Ryan Garrity with music by Aaron Latina.

Performance dates are June 20, 21, 27, & 28th @ 7:30 p.m. (House opens at 7:00 p.m) and June 22nd and June 29th @ 3:00 p.m. (House opens at 2:30 p.m.) Tickets are $20.00 for Adults, $15.00 for Seniors (55 and over) and Students (17 and younger, or with a college i.d.)

Contra is a social dance with 6-20 people within circles and lines. You will interact with other couples in the line. The caller will guide you through the steps before & during the music. It is fast paced with lots of swinging and weaving amongst your group. Contra dancing is known for its welcoming atmosphere, where dancers of all skill levels can join in, creating a sense of camaraderie and shared enjoyment on the dance floor.
